SETH ACUÑA
MMP, NCBTMB, LMT graduated from Superior Iberoamericano Institute, San José, Costa Rica (2002) and Johnson County Community College JCCC in Overland Park, KS (2006), as a massage therapist. He speaks English and Spanish and practiced massage therapy for several years in Costa Rica. Currently he is a medical massage (MMP) and manual lymphatic drainage practitioner (MLD) nationally board certified for therapeutic massage and bodywork (NCBTMB), a licensed massage therapist (LMT), and associated with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) in Kansas and Missouri.
After being a graphic designer for fourteen years at a newspaper in Costa Rica, Seth discovered massage therapy in 1998 and it changed his life. He now operates a thriving massage practice in Overland Park, Kansas, employing medical, therapeutic Swedish, deep tissue, sport, chair massage, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, trigger point, rotator cuff treatment and cupping techniques to meet clients’ needs.
Therapeutic massage can be an important component in treatment contributing to relief from pain and anxiety, reducing stress while increasing circulation and flexibility which can help people prepare for or recover from surgery, specific injuries and health conditions. Through massage clients receive an easy, affordable manner to feel good, lead a happier more productive life, and an overall sense of wellness. KELLY LEWIS
graduated from Heritage College (2005, 1200 hours credits) and have an Associate's Degree in Therapeutic Massage, nationally board certified for therapeutic massage and bodywork (NCBTMB), and have licenses to practice in both Overland Park, Kansas and Missouri.

Went through training to be a massage doula, but found it hard to fit into her schedule. Worked at Allure Sense Datum Massage for almost 5 years; but broke off on her own and opened Mental Escape on March 20th, 2012. Currently located inside of Seeking Solace Yoga.

"I attended Sumner Academy in Kansas City, KS for my high school career and for those that are unaware that means hours of homework every night, 35lb book bags up and down 3 flights of stairs, 5 days a week, constant fretting over test scores or projects. Hence I learned a little bit about pack pain and stress and decided I didn't want anyone to suffer when they didn't have to. I found my solution in massage and helping people".

"My family doesn't quite understand my love of massage, but that's what happens when you don't pick a "regular" career interest, or a "real health degree," though in my experience massage is just as real and effective as most medicines when it comes to anything caused by stress.

Her hobbies mostly include reading, cooking or sewing. Love anime and movies and distant cultures, hence why you'll find her massaging at anime and comic book conventions a few times a year.

She has further education in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, chair massage and Prenatal Massage. Her massage should be your massage and you should be able to escape from the monotony and stress of regular life for a short time.
